She has over 35 years of corporate and consulting/training experience in organizations like Procter & Gamble, Eli Lilly, We Energies, Ingersoll Rand, and Allegion. Maria's direct and caring approach creates a safe environment in which to discuss difficult topics such as age, generational, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, political, and religious differences.
